Covid-19 Protocols

This section highlights extra health precautions that are implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic. These precautions will be observed, regardless of local restrictions or lack thereof.

NEW GUIDELINES AS OF MAY 1, 2023!

  1. Masks are no longer required while in the lobby area, but are strongly recommended. Consider wearing a mask if you are immunocompromised, are in close contact with someone who is immunocompromised, don’t feel well, or if you have traveled and/or been in a very large crowd within the past week.
  2. Limit the lobby to one family at a time, up to eight people.
  3. If you prefer me to wear a mask for your dog’s entire grooming session, please let me know.
  4. Curbside will always be available.

UPDATED MAY 1, 2023! Older guidelines are listed below.

  1. Masks MUST be worn in the lobby area at all times. Any face wear that covers both the mouth and nose is acceptable: cloth/KN95 mask, gaiter, plastic face shield, etc. Many clients are at higher risk than average. The best way to keep everyone safe is to keep shared space—especially as tight as the main lobby—as hygienic as possible. WEAR YOUR MASK!
  2. If you forgot to bring your mask, or if you have any reason not to wear one, please call; I will come outside to your car for all aspects of business. Curbside services will always remain available, for many reasons.
  3. Please limit the lobby area to one family at a time, and up to eight masked people.
  4. If you wish, you may take you dog’s collar and/or leash with you after dropping off.
  5. Bows will be included ONLY during more manageable levels of community spread.
  6. Because of the volatile nature of Covid-19, these pandemic terms may be amended at any given time. All updates will be posted on the front door. Stay alert, and stay safe!
